  Love the group that works here. They've taught me so much and are always willing to chat about tea and never get upset if they don't make a sale. Love going in here every week to discover my tea for the next week by trying an iced tea before buying any.

  I have been going since they opened. At first when I asked for 2oz, they'd load 3+oz and ask if that was ok...no, of course, I asked for 2oz. I had to assert myself a few times. They've been better about that lately. They still try to sell the high-end teas at first, by company requirements, I think they have to suggest them, but a simple no thanks lets them know you're not interested and they are otherwise friendly.
