  Very good food value, however, Joe is over the top with his opinions of what I should eat rather than what I wanted. Try to get him to put cheese in your grits, if you don't believe me. His secret juice is only tolerable, but I didn't want to ask him to live up to his promise to buy breakfast if I didn't like it, so well just agree that OJ is better for me and leave it at that. The area behind the register probably won't pass health inspection, but that's not my job. So, four stars for food, but -2 for too much distraction.

  Great food here at Joe's. It's not for someone that's on a no fat diet though. However they do offer salads and such, but I usually get the breakfast. The first time I came I asked for extra butter. The answer was, "it's always extra butter." Haha. Joe is a happy boisterous man that makes the atmosphere welcoming. The pic that I took was of the short stack. It says on the menu that's its 2 pancakes. Not sure about the math but the pancakes are awe.
  My favorite may be the grits though. They're buttery, sugary goodness.

  Joe is wonderful and so is his restaurant. His kids help with waiting tables, his staff is so friendly, and he is just full of energy and has a true love for his food.
  It's definitely not a big restaurant! So don't bring your huge family here.
